Dr. Dawne Moon to present on sexuality and religion at Fordham University

On Monday, March 7, Dr. Dawne Moon (Marquette University) will deliver a public lecture at Fordham University on “Overcoming Shame, Practicing Love: LGBTQ Evangelicals’ Strategies for Social Justice.”

The lecture will discuss the research she and her co-PI, Dr. Theresa Tobin (Marquette University), are conducting as part of their SMV-funded project, “The Motivation to Love: Overcoming Spiritual Violence and Sacramental Shame in Christian Churches.”
